Qualifications: ? Open to Male, Asian, Arabic & European Nationals, 40 years old and below ? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Paint Technology, or Chemical Engineering; with preferred training in ISO, DOE, GLP, or GMP. ? Minimum 7 years of experience in automotive coatings R&D, including OEM client engagement, plant trials, and product approvals. ? Strong expertise in water- and solvent-based coatings, with proven ability in team mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and client communication.
