Functional Area: Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
Purpose of Job
- Responsible of planning and scheduling of all Central Engineering & Project Execution functions including project planning, resource planning and review of OPCO/ Contractor schedules.
- Responsible for all management reports including weekly/ monthly status reports, executive reports to Sr Management Etc.
- Provide input to the development and implementation of best practice corporate estimating & cost management guidelines, processes and procedures
- Conversant with Primavera and other planning tools
Minimum Job Requirements
- B.E./B.Sc./B.Tech. – in Any Engineering Discipline with Minimum Ten (10) years of relevant experience, predominantly in the Oil and Gas, Petrochemical or Fertilizer Industry.
- Imparts verbal and written messages clearly, Knows and applies correct communication procedures accurately and timely while showing tact and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external stake holders.
- Proficient knowledge of Project management Concepts and Company Procedures
- High degree of computer literacy with thorough experience of MS Office, SAP & project related software
- Data analysis and report writing skills.
