Job Description:
- Oversees a designated section in the hot kitchen, specializing in authentic Moroccan cuisine in a 5-star hotel.
- Ensures consistency in flavor profiles, cooking techniques, and presentation aligned with brand and restaurant standards.
- Maintains HACCP, hygiene, and food safety standards while ensuring workstation readiness before, during, and after service.
- Coordinates closely with Executive and Sous Chef to support smooth shift operations and timely service delivery.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Open to Moroccan nationalities preferably ages 38 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a 5* hotel or luxury kitchen specializing in Moroccan Cuisine.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and plating standards.
- Works well under pressure, with strong teamwork and hygiene focus
