Office Assistant

UAE - Sharjah

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, assist staff with routine duties, and help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.

Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.

Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally.

Maintain office supplies and keep the work area clean and organized.

Support staff with scheduling, documentation, and administrative requests.

Deliver or collect documents when required.

Ensure proper coordination with other departments for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferred.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office applications).

Good communication and organizational skills.

Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask effectively.

Must be currently inside the UAE and available to join immediately.
