<h2 class="h5">Job description</h2> <div class="t-break" data-jb-field="description"> <ol><li>Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality and delivery targets</li><li>Ensure optimal utilization of labor, machinery and materials</li><li>Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts and monthly financial reviews</li><li>Drive cost-reduction initiatives across labor, materials, energy, maintenance and overhead</li><li>Partner with Finance and Sales teams to improve profitability and cash flow</li><li>Provide financial input for new product introductions and capacity planning</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality systems (ISO, internal SOPs, customer standards)</li><li>Support internal and external audits, including financial and operational audits</li><li>Promote accountability, continuous improvement and cost-awareness culture</li></ol> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2> <div data-jb-field="skills"><ol><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Accounting, Finance or a related field</li><li>Minimum 5-8 years in manufacturing operations or plant management</li><li>At least 3-5 years with direct responsibility for budgeting, cost control or P&amp;L management</li><li>Operational leadership with hands-on plant experience</li><li>Strong analytical, commercial and decision-making skills</li></ol><p><br></p></div>
