Win brokerages and agencies for a PropTech Listing Marketplace. Own the full cycle: prospect → demo → close → handover. Hit response-time and revenue targets.
What you’ll do
- Prospect Dubai Real Estate brokerages; book qualified meetings.
- Run tailored demos of our tools.
- Build business cases; handle objections; negotiate and close.
- Log every touch in CRM; maintain forecast and hygiene.
- Coordinate onboarding with Ops; ensure first-30-days adoption.
- Capture market feedback to shape pricing, features, and playbooks.
- Field visits to agencies and other relevant depts; represent Homzly at launches and events.
Must-haves
- 3–5 yrs B2B SaaS or PropTech sales with a closing quota.
- Strong live demo and discovery skills; clear written communication.
- CRM fluency (HubSpot/Sheets), WhatsApp Business norms.
- Valid UAE residency.
- UAE driver’s license.
Nice-to-haves
- UAE real estate network; DLD/ADREC ad-permit familiarity.
- Arabic/Russian/Hindi/Urdu a plus.
