We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and shape the talent acquisition strategy within the VP Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, attracting top talent, and developing recruitment processes. You will work closely with senior management to understand the company’s staffing needs and establish a forward-thinking recruitment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the recruitment team to successfully fill all open positions across multiple departments under the direct management of the VP office. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, with a focus on the fashion retail industry and fit-out contracting services. Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to define job specifications and ensure clear and accurate job descriptions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires. Oversee the development of recruitment marketing strategies to build the employer brand of Paris Group and its affiliates, and attract high-quality candidates. Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and continuously improve the hiring process. Lead and mentor the recruitment team, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to meet hiring goals. Stay informed on industry trends and competitor recruitment strategies to keep Paris Group at the forefront of talent acquisition. Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). More than 10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role overseeing hiring for diverse functions including retail operations and fit-out contracting services Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition technologies, tools, and platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Strong decision-making skills and a data-driven approach to recruitment. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
