Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in technical training programs focused on laboratory automation, immunoassay, chemistry, and hematology systems.
• Support senior specialists during instrument installations, customer training, and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist in system validation, reagent management, and instrument quality control checks.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to ensure smooth laboratory operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous service improvement.
Skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in laboratory or diagnostics environments are encouraged to apply.
• Strong technical aptitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn in a dynamic healthcare setting.
