Job Title: HR Officer Location: Karama Salary: AED 10,000 to 12,500 (based on experience) Employment Type: Full time Working days : 5 days Working Hours : 9:00 AM -6:00 AM or 8:00 AM - 5 :00 PM.
Job Summary We are looking for a HR with solid HR knowledge and hands-on experience in day-to-day HR operations. The role requires someone organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting employees and management with HR processes.
Key Responsibilities • Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and document management • Support recruitment activities including screening and coordination • Manage attendance, leave records, and HR system updates • Assist with payroll inputs and HR reports • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with HR policies • Support employee relations and respond to basic HR queries • Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities when required
Requirements • 2 to 4 years of HR experience (generalist or administrative) • Strong understanding of labor laws • Good communication and organizational skills • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
