Job Details

Key Responsibilities:Handle employee relations, engagement, and workplace concerns. Support HR operations: records, HR letters, compliance with UAE labor laws. Assist in performance management and training initiatives. Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave, and benefits. Implement HR policies and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related (Master’s a plus).5–8 years’ HR experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and HRMS. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and integrity. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Salary: AED 10,000
