We are supporting a fast-growing international real estate advisory firm in Dubai, Headquartered in USA to appoint a Associate Director ??? HR to lead their full HR function. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build, shape, and elevate the HR department of a rapidly expanding organisation.
About the Role This is a 360?? HR leadership position where you will be responsible for driving HR strategy, people operations, and organisational culture. The role requires someone who can work autonomously, make decisions confidently, and operate as a true business partner to senior leadership. You will lead:HR strategy & planning Talent acquisition (approx. 25% of the role) Recruitment & onboarding Employee engagement & relations Performance management Compensation & benefits structuring PRO / visa & HR operations Policy development & compliance UAE Labour Law governance HRIS implementation & HR analytics You will play a key part in shaping the HR function during a stage of organisational growth, helping strengthen structure, culture, and people processes.
What We���re Looking Forexperience in a progressively senior HR role Strong exposure to full-cycle HR (HR ops, TA, ER, C&B, compliance) Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and HR compliance Experience working in multicultural, diverse environments Comfortable hiring across various nationalities and functional areas Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Entrepreneurial mindset with high integrity, accountability, and ownership Experience in real estate, professional services, or fast-paced environments is a plus
