Sales Manager – Large Format Digital Printers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share in large format digital printers and related consumables.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the printing industry, signage shops, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure competitive pricing and product availability.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
  • Oversee key account management and negotiate high-value deals.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of general sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the printing or signage industry, preferably in trading.
  • Strong understanding of large format digital printers (e.g., eco-solvent, UV, dye sublimation) and related products.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Valid UAE driving license and car is necessary.
