We are hiring a detail-oriented and fast-typing Data Entry Operator to support our office operations by entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data records. Candidates must be organized, reliable, and able to work efficiently.
Job Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases
Verify accuracy of information before entering records
Maintain and organize digital and physical files
Assist with preparing reports and documentation
Perform regular data backups to secure information
Review, correct, and clean up existing data
Coordinate with other departments for required information
Handle basic administrative tasks such as scanning and filing documents
Ensure confidentiality of all company data
Complete tasks within deadlines assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
Previous experience in data entry or office admin preferred
Fast typing speed with high accuracy
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
Must be currently inside UAE
