-Handle general administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, office supplies) coordinate with HR and Finance on vendor registration, payments, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:
-Open to Filipino and Indian nationals from 36 years old and below, with atleast 1 to 4 years of experience in procurement and administration, preferably within the joinery or fit-out sector.
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-With Strong negotiation and communication skills and proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
-Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
