We’re looking for a skilled SEO & Web Optimization Specialist to elevate our online presence across all digital platforms. You will be responsible for improving website performance, boosting search visibility, and ensuring smooth user experiences that drive conversions. If you understand how to blend technical SEO with clean, fast, high-performing websites, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies for multiple websites.

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and ranking audits.

• Improve website speed, performance, and mobile optimization.

• Optimize Webflow and Shopify pages for structure, layout, and SEO health.

• Monitor analytics, rankings, CTR, bounce rates, and user behavior.

• Optimize landing pages for paid ads and organic traffic.

• Identify technical issues such as indexing problems, broken links, and crawl errors.

• Collaborate with the web and creative teams to maintain brand consistency.

• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports.

Skills & Requirements

 • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or Web Optimization Specialist.

 • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

 • Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.

 • Knowledge of Webflow and Shopify optimization.

 • Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable improvements.

 • Experience improving Core Web Vitals and page speed.

 • Must be based in Dubai and available to work full-time at our Business Bay office.
