Job Description: Relationship Manager – Team Leader (Secondary Market)Department: SalesReports To: CEO & HRLocation: Signature Collection Realty, DubaiRole OverviewThe Relationship Manager – Team Leader (Secondary Market) oversees the performance of a dedicated sales team, drives client relationship management, and ensures high-quality service delivery within the Dubai secondary real estate market. The role requires strong leadership, advanced market knowledge, and the ability to close high-value deals while supporting and developing the team.---Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Performance ManagementLead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales agents specializing in secondary market transactions.Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets aligned with company goals.Conduct performance evaluations, monitor KPIs, and report results to the CEO and HR.Provide continuous coaching on negotiation, client handling, and lead conversion.Ensure compliance with company policies, professionalism, and appearance standards.2. Client Relationship & Portfolio ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and ensure exceptional service delivery.Conduct property presentations, viewings, and negotiations to secure successful transactions.Maintain active communication with clients regarding market trends, opportunities, and investment advice.3. Sales Operations & Market StrategyLead the team in sourcing new listings, updating CRM records, and ensuring accurate property information.Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities in the secondary market.Collaborate with Marketing to optimize exposure of listings and campaigns.Oversee documentation, compliance, and transaction processes.4. Training & DevelopmentProvide structured training sessions for new joiners and non-experienced agents.Support HR in onboarding, probation assessments, and performance improvement plans.Facilitate weekly team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.5.
