The Site Engineer – Mechanical is responsible for supervising and executing mechanical works on site, ensuring compliance with design drawings, project specifications, authority regulations, and company HSE & QA/QC standards. This role reports to the Project Engineer- Mechanical and supports smooth execution of all mechanical activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor installation of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Drainage systems on site. Review shop drawings, drawings revisions, and ensure execution as per IFC drawings. Coordinate with the Project Engineer, consultants, contractors, and other disciplines (Civil/Electrical). Conduct inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications. Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of mechanical systems. Track material usage on site and report shortages or issues. Ensure adherence to company HSE, QA/QC, and site safety procedures. Maintain site documentation including daily reports, progress reports, and inspection records. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment. Support the Project Engineer in resolving technical issues on site.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.3–7 years' experience in MEP contracting or building construction projects. Hands-on experience with HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Drainage systems. Knowledge of UAE authority regulations preferred. Proficient in Auto CAD and MS Office. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
