We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to manage employee payroll, attendance records, and salary processing. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of payroll systems, UAE labor laws, and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Prepare WPS files and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Verify attendance, overtime, deductions, leaves, and allowances.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR/payroll system.
Handle salary advances, final settlements, EOSB (End of Service Benefits), and reimbursements.
Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments regarding employee salary issues.
Address employee payroll queries in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare monthly payroll reports for management.
Ensure confidentiality of all payroll and employee information.
Assist in HR administrative tasks when required.
