We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician (Electrical & Plumbing) to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing electrical and plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance work in residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards or defects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely.
- Perform plumbing works including installation and repair of pipes, drainage systems, and sanitary fittings.
- Detect leaks and blockages and carry out necessary repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Support other maintenance and repair tasks as required.
