  • Job type- Full-Time
  • Working Days 5 days, 2 days off
  • Working hours: Full time-8 hours which includes 1 hour break
  • Start: 30 Days.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle tenant and resident inquiries professionally via phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Update customer records and documentation accurately in the system.
  • Support leasing activities by providing information and assisting with required processes.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service.


Skills

Requirements : 

  • UAE National with a valid Family Book
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – both in Arabic and English
  • High School or above.
