We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Passenger Service Agent (PSA) to assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and other airport services. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be courteous, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced airport environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet passengers and provide courteous assistance at check-in counters
Check-in passengers and issue boarding passes
Verify travel documents, passports, visas, and tickets
Assist passengers with baggage check-in and special requirements
Provide flight information, including delays, gate changes, and schedules
Coordinate with ground staff, security, and airline personnel to ensure smooth operations
Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally
Assist passengers with special needs, VIPs, and unaccompanied minors
Ensure compliance with airport security and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the check-in counter
