Founded in 1992, ZOOMLION Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in developing and manufacturing major high-tech equipment in the areas of engineering industry and agricultural industry.ZOOMLION is currently seeking for a highly skilled and motivated LOGISTICS SPECIALIST to join our team and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations.This role offers the opportunity to work closely with government authorities while contributing to both administrative and logistics functions.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:➤ Manage vehicle registration, licensing, ownership transfers, and related government processes at Murur, Abu Dhabi.➤ ➤ Review and prepare the L/C, prepare docs under LC terms➤ Prepare all the necessary documents required for smooth transit of the products from the origin to desired destination➤ Monitor the end to end procedure in export/import i.e. from paper removal to handover of Shipment to import i.e. from receiving instruction to receiving goods to our warehouse or the given destination and ensure compliance with company and legal requirement➤ Follow up for Exit Documents and timely submission to the customs authority➤ Liaise with the warehouse team to check on the availability of the products➤ Review, select carriers and negotiate contract and best rates to control logistics costs achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction➤ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs/shipping quotes and efficiency➤ Coordinate with ports, customs, RTA and concerned government departments to ensure the transition of product is unhampered➤ Carry out the necessary documentation and system updatingREQUIREMENTS:✔️ Preferably residing in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate/work in Abu Dhabi.✔️ 4+ years relevant UAE experience in logistics operations✔️ 1 year RTA experience✔️ Experience in vehicle registration✔️ 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export operations experience✔️ Good understanding of Custom clearance, Compliance, Shipping documents, Supplier Negotiation, LCs, Knowledge of INCO terms✔️ Experience filing, experience processing shipments using UPS and Fed Ex software basic proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point or Google Docs, Sheets and Slides✔️ Quick learner with multi-tasking ability and adapt to a variety of challenges✔️ Good written and verbal communication skills✔️ Strong sense of time management and urgency✔️ Able to work independently and within a teamSalary remuneration to be discussed after the selection process.????Join ZOOMLION in transforming the landscape of high-end equipment manufacturing and advance your career in a role that blends innovation with flexibility.???? ♂️ Know someone who might be interested?????
