Sales/ BD Director- Travel

This position focuses on expanding high-end experiences portfolio for influential clients across the Gulf. The role requires someone who can navigate premium networks, understand refined regional preferences and drive commercial growth in a discreet, relationship-led environment.Responsibilities: • Shape and implement a commercial strategy targeting prominent clients in the Gulf who seek premium, highly personalised travel and lifestyle arrangements • Build, manage and deepen partnerships with elite service providers, invitation-only membership platforms, private advisory circles and top-tier hospitality groups • Drive revenue growth through targeted outreach, repeat business, and structured pipeline management • Lead discussions and secure high-value agreements with strategic partners and VIP clients • Work closely with internal teams to ensure products and services reflect Gulf client expectations in terms of culture, language and service delivery • Track shifts in premium travel/lifestyle trends within the region and adjust strategies accordingly • Provide guidance and development for junior commercial team members where relevantRequirements: • At least eight years’ experience in premium sales, business development or client relationship roles within luxury hospitality, curated travel, or high-end lifestyle services • Established access to premium networks in the UAE, Saudi and broader Gulf region • Strong spoken and written Arabic is essential; English fluency required • Deep understanding of Gulf client behaviour, expectations and etiquette • Demonstrable history of securing significant deals and consistently meeting commercial targets • Skilled in negotiation, relationship cultivation and high-level presentations • Background in premium travel products (exclusive villas, boutique resorts, private aviation, yachting or tailored experiences) is an advantage • Comfortable with frequent regional travel and presence at invitation-only industry events • Confident using CRM tools and managing structured pipelines • Degree in business, marketing, hospitality or similar fields preferred; advanced qualifications beneficialThank you for your application.
