Penspen is urgently looking to hire for Specialist Engineer - Material & Corrosion for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi, UAEQualification RequiredThe candidates should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering.ResponsibilitiesLead material selection and corrosion control strategies for offshore platforms, subsea systems, and wellhead towers. Develop and review specifications for piping, coatings, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring systems. Conduct corrosion risk assessments and failure analysis to support asset integrity. Interface with engineering, procurement, and construction teams during FEED and EPC phases. Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., NACE, ISO, API, ASTM) and client requirements. Support audits, inspections, and technical reviews throughout the project lifecycle.Experience RequiredMinimum 15 to 18+ years of experience in oil & gas, with 5+ years in offshore projects. Proven track record in brownfield and greenfield offshore developments Experience with Offshore Facilities, subsea cables, and piping systems is highly valued PMC experience will be preferred Previous experience in the ADNOC projects in the similar role would be an added advantage
