Industry & Sector: Management Consulting & Business Services operating across the UAE, delivering advisory and operational support to corporate clients. We are hiring for an on-site administrative role to manage daily office operations, vendor relationships, and facility logistics at our UAE office. Primary title: Administrative Coordinator (standardized title: Administrative Coordinator).Role & ResponsibilitiesManage daily office operations and front-desk activities—welcome guests, control access, and maintain a tidy, professional workplace. Coordinate vendors and facilities services (maintenance, cleaning, security), negotiate basic service terms, and monitor SLAs to ensure uninterrupted operations. Handle document control and records management—fileing, archiving, digital document workflows, and secure disposal in line with company policies. Support procurement and purchase-order workflows: raise requisitions, obtain quotes, track deliveries, and reconcile invoices with finance. Organize travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics for staff and visitors; prepare meeting rooms and audio/visual setups for client and internal sessions.
