Key Responsibilities:Originate, evaluate, and execute real estate investment opportunities across the region. Conduct detailed financial modeling, market research, and due diligence. Structure and negotiate investment terms, including credit and equity components. Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic recommendations. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful deal execution.Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience: 5-8 years in real estate investments, private equity, or investment banking. Preferred Exposure: UAE and Saudi markets (not mandatory). Strong background in real estate credit, residential housing, and retail malls. Proven ability to manage complex transactions and deliver results under tight timelines. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
