Whizz HR is hiring for Sales & Marketing SpecialistRole Description We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our premium car detailing shop in Dubai. This role is pivotal in growing our client base through effective lead generation, marketing implementation, and sales conversion. The job Is open for full-time basis for the right candidate who can deliver results.Key Responsibilities* Generate qualified leads through various channels and convert them into paying customers* Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with luxury car dealerships, car showrooms and automotive businesses* Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition* Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients* Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize conversion rates using the CRM* Represent the company at industry events and automotive gatherings* Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and conversion ratesRequirements* Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the UAE, specifically in car detailing, automotive, or related services* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets* Strong understanding of the UAE automotive market and customer preferences* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Experience implementing various marketing strategies with demonstrable results* Ability to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline* Customer-focused approach with exceptional relationship-building skills* Valid UAE driving license* Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills would be an advantage* Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing toolsSalary: Fixed + CommissionsFixed (3500 to 5000 AED based on experience) Target: 150000 AED monthly Revenue Commission: 3% for 150k + & 4% for 200K +Kindly share your resume to [اضغط هنا لمشاهدة البريد اﻹلكتروني]
