Real Estate Sales Director – Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a high-impact Real Estate Sales Director to lead and scale our sales operations in Abu Dhabi’s competitive and fast-moving property market. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations, pipeline management, and forecasting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, brokers, and key partners
