Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Design and execute data-driven sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Define, track, and optimize sales KPIs, funnels, and conversion metrics
  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, brokers, and key partners
  • Drive lead generation performance across all channels (digital, referrals, agents, and direct sales)
  • Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing sales professionals
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement continuous improvement plans
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in Abu Dhabi
