The Butcher will manage meat processing tasks including cutting, deboning, and portioning various types of meat, poultry, and seafood. The role includes ensuring high-quality standards in production, maintaining hygiene and safety protocols, and contributing to inventory management. Additionally, the Butcher will interact with team members and occasionally customers to fulfill specific requirements, ensuring exceptional service at all times.Qualifications Expertise in butchery techniques, including cutting, trimming, and deboning Knowledge of processing poultry, seafood, and other meats Strong understanding of meat processing standards and quality control Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and comply with food safety protocols Prior experience working in a hospitality or luxury environment is a plus Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, and working in cold environments Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
