Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent (UAE experience preferred) (Abu Dhabi experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market.
- UAE Driving License and own vehicle preferred.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- ADREC Broker license/real estate certification is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties.
- Provide expert advice and market insights to clients. Build and maintain strong client relationship
- Conduct property viewings and manage client relationships. and provide professional consultations
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline. through calls, portals, and referrals
- Negotiate and close property deals professionally and ethically prepare necessary documentation
- Keep up to date with Abu Dhabi real estate laws, trends, and listings.
- Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends, communities, and regulations
- Promote company listings through marketing channels
