Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Learning Development & Quality Compliance Specialist. The individual in this position will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs to support employee development and ensure compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include managing the learning management system, creating instructional materials, conducting needs assessments, providing staff training, and monitoring compliance processes. The Specialist will also support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance both learning and quality assurance practices across the organization.
Qualifications Expertise in Learning Management and Training & Development Proficiency in Instructional Design and Learning Management Systems Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively deliver training and collaborate with teams (Excellent oral and written English and (Khaleeji) Arabic skills. Trilingual (French or Russian) language competency may be advantageous) Demonstrated ability to evaluate and monitor quality compliance processes Experience in corporate learning, employee development, or related fields is an advantage (Concierge, Hospitality, Luxury, or another similar sector operational background (e.g., logistics, security, shared service) Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement improvements
