Key Responsibilities Technical Support & Operations Onboarding & Coordination A/V & Facility Systems Compliance & Projects
Requirements Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.0–3 years of IT support experience (fresh graduates encouraged). Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, basic networking, and ITSM/ticketing tools. Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and cybersecurity fundamentals. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred: Experience with A/V systems, CCTV, UPS, and facility tech.
