We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to design, launch, and scale a comprehensive affiliate and referral marketing ecosystem. This role will focus on turning customers, partners, and introducers into long-term brand advocates across multiple business units. The ideal candidate understands customer behavior, performance marketing, and trust-based referral systems, with the ability to build scalable frameworks from the ground up.Key Responsibilities Design and implement a full affiliate marketing system, including commission structures, onboarding flows, and tracking dashboards Select, integrate, and manage affiliate platforms or custom solutions Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates such as influencers, customers, promoters, and introducers Collaborate with marketing, tech, and legal teams to develop affiliate materials, contracts, and training content Build multi-tier incentive and loyalty structures to drive sustained engagement Track performance metrics, optimize conversions, and scale high-performing channelsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, referral programs, or community-led growth Experience in beauty, lifestyle, hospitality, investment, or acquisition-focused businesses Strong understanding of affiliate tools, tracking systems, and performance analytics Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Fluency in English (Arabic or Persian is an advantage)Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary, aligned with experience and market standards Performance-based bonuses and growth incentives
