Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for a Cisco UCS SME Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and support in Cisco Unified Computing Systems (UCS) design, deployment, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities include assessing client needs, designing UCS solutions, implementing best practices, optimizing system performance, and providing training to technical teams. Additional duties may involve working with cross-functional teams, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). Qualifications Extensive experience with Cisco UCS, Datacenter infrastructure, and virtualization technologies. Strong skills in troubleshooting, system integration, and solution design. Knowledge of networking, storage solutions, and server architecture. Practical understanding of automation tools, monitoring systems, and IT security protocols. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications such as Cisco UCS, CCNP, or CCIE are a plus. Ability to work on-site in Dubai and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and clients. Experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is an advantage.
