Djihan Jewelry is looking for a highly organized, client-focused, and operations-driven Luxury Sales Associate & Inventory Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting sales, inventory, client relations, and high-end event operations for one of the region’s most exclusive jewelry brands.✨ Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Experience• Assist clients during exhibitions, private events, and in-person viewings, ensuring a seamless luxury experience. • Manage client orders through the Diamond POS system, including invoices and communications. • Coordinate purchase orders between clients, accounting, and the factory.Pricing & Financial Coordination• Review costs of raw materials, production, and logistics. • Prepare initial pricing recommendations for management approval. • Report all financial data to accounting for final verification.Custom Design Support• Assist clients with initial custom requests and coordinate with designers on sketches or prototypes. • Source raw materials and communicate with manufacturers to ensure quality and timelines. • Monitor production progress and resolve issues with the factory.Inventory & POS Management• Maintain accurate inventory in the Diamond POS system. • Oversee stock organization, categorization, and regular inventory checks. • Prepare inventory reports for management.Order Preparation & Logistics• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with factories for timely production. • Manage deliveries, including DHL shipments and driver coordination. • Ensure customs compliance and prepare required documentation.Event Coordination• Plan and organize exhibitions, pop-ups, and private viewings. • Coordinate logistics: jewelry transport, customs clearance, setup, and guest list management. • Track client interactions and follow up post-event.Repairs & After-Sales• Coordinate local and offshore repairs, including safe transport to and from the factory. • Maintain clear records of all repair cases.Photoshoots & Content Support• Prepare jewelry pieces for photoshoots and assist with media needs. • Manage and organize the brand’s photo database.Supply Chain & Vendor Coordination• Communicate with suppliers about raw materials and procurement timelines. • Track deliveries and monitor supplier performance. • Escalate inventory or manufacturing issues to management.Reporting & Cross-Team Communication• Provide detailed updates to Mrs. Jihan and Louai on sales, inventory, and client feedback. • Relay messages between clients, accounting, and the factory to ensure smooth workflow.Social Media Support• Respond to client inquiries on Instagram and via phone. • Coordinate with the social media team on follow-ups and content needs.⭐ Qualifications• Experience in luxury retail, sales, operations, or jewelry/fashion industry. • Strong skills in inventory management, pricing, logistics, and vendor coordination. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and CRM platforms. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational ability. • A polished, professional presentation and comfort working with UHNW/VIP clientele. • Ability to work in fast-paced, event-heavy periods and handle multiple priorities.????
