The Sales Manager – Secondary Market is responsible for leading, growing, and dominating the secondary (resale & leasing) real estate market. This role requires a candidate with a proven, verifiable track record in secondary market real estate sales, demonstrating consistent success in closing resale and leasing transactions, securing exclusivity, and achieving revenue targets. This position is suited to a highly driven, commercially minded professional who can build and manage a high-performing sales team, generate consistent resale inventory, close high-value transactions, and ensure strong market penetration through brokers, owners, investors, and strategic partners. The role is results-driven and performance-focused, with clear revenue, volume, and team KPIs.
