This role is research-heavy and suited for professionals who are strong in Boolean search, market mapping, and passive candidate identification. You will work closely with senior recruiters to build accurate, high-quality candidate pipelines across multiple roles and industries. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth recruitment research and talent mapping Build longlists aligned to role specifications and target markets Source candidates using LinkedIn, Bayt, CV databases, and online platforms Apply advanced Boolean search techniques Perform initial candidate outreach via LinkedIn and email Track sourcing progress and maintain organized candidate records Deliver longlists within defined timelines and quality benchmarks
