About the Role
TripleA Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Engineer to help us grow and secure interior fit-out projects across Dubai, Sharjah, and the wider UAE market.
The ideal candidate has a strong network, understands technical aspects of fit-out works, and can confidently meet clients, prepare proposals, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new interior fit-out opportunities (villas, offices, shops, restaurants, clinics).
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, real estate agents, and consultants.
- Conduct site visits, collect client requirements, and coordinate with our technical team.
- Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close projects.
- Follow up on payments, variations, and ongoing client needs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline.
Skills
Requirements
- 2–5 years UAE experience in interior fit-out sales (mandatory).
- Strong network in construction/interior market.
- Good technical understanding (gypsum, MEP, painting, flooring, joinery).
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
