The role requires strong coordination skills, absolute confidentiality, and the ability to handle high-level responsibilities independently in a fast paced environment.

- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities
- Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence and documents
- Coordinate with senior management, partners, and international stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Follow up on action items and ensure execution without reminders
- Assist in operational and administrative tasks across Dubai and Congo offices
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant to senior leadership
- Excellent English communication skills (French is a strong advantage)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Professional demeanor, high integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Willingness to coordinate across time zones and travel if required
