About the Role

Flight Risk AE is looking for a skilled E-Bike Mechanic / Technician to join our growing team in Al Quoz. The role involves assembling, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing electric bikes to ensure top performance and safety standards.

Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble new electric bikes (PDI & quality checks)
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues
• Work on motors, controllers, batteries, brakes, drivetrains, and wiring
• Perform routine servicing and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot faults and recommend solutions
• Maintain workshop tools and keep the workspace organised
• Support warehouse and operations team when required

Requirements

• Proven experience as a e-bike, motorcycle, or light vehicle mechanic
• Strong understanding of electrical systems (controllers, batteries, wiring)
• Ability to diagnose faults independently
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and hands-on
• Previous UAE experience is a plus
• Immediate availability preferred
