Hard Services Management

  • Operate and maintain:
  • HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs)
  • Electrical systems (HT/LT panels, generators, UPS)
  • Plumbing & drainage systems
  • Fire detection and fire fighting systems
  • Elevators and escalators (vendor coordination)
  • Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot breakdowns and restore services quickly
  • Ensure asset uptime and system reliability
