Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of the workplace to identify potential hazards, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  2. Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs for employees, enhancing their awareness of health and safety practices and promoting a safety-first culture.
  3. Collaborate with project managers and design teams to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution, ensuring a seamless approach to design and safety.
  4. Investigate incidents and accidents, documenting findings and developing corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences and enhance workplace safety.
  5. Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training sessions, and incident reports, providing management with insights to improve health and safety performance.
  6. Monitor the effectiveness of existing safety programs and recommend improvements based on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding health and safety concerns, providing guidance and support to foster a safe working environment.
  8. Assist in the preparation of safety reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement in health and safety practices.
  9. Stay updated on the latest health and safety regulations and trends in the interior design industry, ensuring the company remains compliant and proactive in its safety initiatives.
