Administrative Secretary

We are seeking a Secretary to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle daily administrative tasks efficiently while supporting management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and secretarial tasks
  • Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence
  • Prepare and format reports, letters, and documents
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files
  • Coordinate with internal departments and management
  • Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Assist with any additional administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of ADEK procedures and requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Professional attitude and strong attention to detail

Preferred Candidate:

  • Based in the UAE with relevant local experience
  • Immediate availability is a plus


Skills

  • Previous experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant
