Project Coordinator- Interiors/Fit- Out
Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our interior design and fit-out projects. The role involves coordinating between designers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects run smoothly, on time, and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables between design and site teams Track project progress, approvals, and submissions Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain workflow Maintain organized project files, records, and reports Support procurement processes by coordinating materials, finishes, and FF&E schedules Participate in site meetings and follow up on action items Ensure timely communication between all stakeholders
Skills & Qualifications:Previous experience in interiors, fit-out, or construction projects is preferred Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
