Job Title: Procurement Officer (Construction Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the UAE construction sector, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end procurement processes for major building projects. Prior experience working for a main contractor and a solid understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems are highly advantageous.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Procurement Officer within the construction industry.
• Essential: In-depth experience working for a main contractor.
• Essential: Thorough knowledge of the UAE construction market, including local suppliers, regulations, and business practices.
• Highly Desired: Strong technical knowledge and procurement experience related to MEP systems and materials.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
