Absea Tours operates b2b.tickets, a wholesale B2B platform for tours, experiences and attractions in the UAE. We also provide an API that enables partners to book at wholesale rates and manage inventory efficiently. We’re growing fast in the UAE and expanding into other countries in the region.
Role summary
We’re hiring a hands-on B2B sales professional to drive outbound outreach, close new partners, and onboard them either to our B2B portal or API. You may also help onboard suppliers (attractions / tour operators) to expand our product supply and rates.
What you’ll do
- Build pipeline via outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, networking) and close new B2B accounts
- Onboard buyers: travel agencies, tour operators, concierge teams, corporate travel, resellers, OTAs
- Qualify partner needs and route them to the right solution: B2B platform vs API integration
- Pitch value clearly: wholesale rates, reliability, speed, product coverage, account support
- Manage negotiations, commercial terms, basic contracting, and pricing discussions
- Coordinate API onboarding with our internal team (requirements, docs, testing, go-live)
- Identify and onboard suppliers (attractions/tour operators) when needed to strengthen supply
- Maintain CRM hygiene: activities, pipeline stages, forecasts, and weekly reporting
- Hit monthly/quarterly revenue, activation and retention targets
What we’re looking for
- Proven B2B sales experience with consistent target achievement
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach + consultative selling
- Organized: pipeline management, follow-ups, and deal execution
- Travel / tourism / experiences industry knowledge is a strong plus
- API/tech sales or integration exposure is a big advantage
- Based in Dubai or willing to work onsite and meet clients regularly

- API / technical sales fundamentals (requirements gathering, integration workflow)
- Strong written and spoken English (Arabic a plus; Russian/CIS languages a plus)
- Time management, follow-up rigor, and high ownership
- Excel/Google Sheets basics for pricing, margin checks, reporting
