Job Summary:

Mystic Advertising is seeking a motivated Growth Intern for a paid, full-time internship to support our business development and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in sales, growth marketing, and client acquisition within a fast-paced advertising agency.

Internship Details:

• Internship Type: Paid Internship
• Duration: 3 Months
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Location: Business Bay – Churchill Towers, Dubai
• Employment Type: Full-time Internship

Responsibilities:

• Assist with lead generation and prospect research
• Support outbound and inbound outreach activities
• Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and presentations
• Maintain and update CRM systems or lead tracking sheets
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Assist with discovery call preparation and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand agency services
• Perform administrative tasks related to growth and business development
