We are seeking an experienced Data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in turning complex datasets into clear, strategic recommendations, working closely with the team to drive data informed decisions and improve business outcomes. Key responsibilities of the role includes:

• Data analysis and reporting, extract, clean, and transform data from different sources, analyze complex data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to monitor KPIs and communicate insights.
• Work with cross functional team to gather requirements, present findings, and translate technical data to business language.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
• Implement data quality checks and protocols.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing data processes and systems, recommending and implementing improvements.

Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in a data analytics role.
• proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools ( Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modelling.
• Experience with Python R is a plus.

Requirements:

• Own UAE visa candidates preferred.
