We are looking for a well-organized and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support our administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day back office operations and provide support to the front office and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle administrative and clerical tasks efficiently

Maintain and update company records and databases

Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence

Assist in data entry and document control

Coordinate with internal departments

Ensure confidentiality of company information

Requirements:

Previous experience in a back office or administrative role is an advantage

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good communication skills
